Da Vinci Doodlers is designed as an independent art class for children ages 7-9.

Students participate without a caregiver in the classroom and are encouraged to develop their artistic skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and confidence through a variety of engaging art projects and techniques.

At this age, students are expected to follow directions, work respectfully alongside their peers, care for art materials, and participate positively in a group learning environment. While projects may be more detailed and skill-based than those in our younger classes, creativity and personal expression are always encouraged.

Art can sometimes be challenging, and students are encouraged to persevere, try new techniques, and learn from mistakes. The focus is on growth, effort, and developing artistic skills rather than creating a perfect project.

Students should be able to participate safely, independently, and respectfully in a group setting. If a child requires additional support to be successful in class, please let us know at the time of registration so that we can work together to determine the best fit for your child.
