PAYMENT:
ALL PROGRAMS:
-
All Terms: An invoice will be sent within 48 hours of your registration, unless we are on vacation, in which case your registration will be processed once we are back in the studio. A 30% deposit is due at the time of registration, for each student and each program. Your spot in a class will only be held for you after your deposit has been paid. Your registration will be deemed voided if the deposit hasn’t been paid within 2 weeks of registration. You can choose to pay the deposit and balance at the same time, or pay the balance on the first day of class. Payment plans are available for the remaining balance, but must be approved first and the deposit must still be paid. If your payment plan is approved, payment is expected until the end of your term. You cannot decide that you want to drop out and not pay anymore. You are paying for the term, not the amount of classes you have attended. Please be aware that there is a 2.9% fee added to your invoice for payment plans, regardless of payment type. We reserve the right to withdraw from offering monthly payments if your account is not in good standing. A 10% late fee will apply to your balance if your payment or balance due is more than 14 days late. All outstanding balances will be required to be paid immediately after the 2nd late payment.

-
Payments can be made by credit card online, by sending an e-transfer to kmdione@gmail.com, or in person with cash, debit and credit card at our studio.

-
Please note: Due to increases in credit card processing, a 2.9% processing fee will apply for credit card payments. This fee is automatically added to your invoice, but will be waived when paying by e-transfer, cash or debit at the studio. This way, we can avoid increasing all tuition amounts to cover this cost.

-
Mini programs: Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. An invoice will be sent within 48 hours of your registration. Physical materials are not guaranteed. All students have access to the digital versions of the book and music.

-
Camps/PA Days/Events: Deposits must be paid at registration time and remaining balance paid before the start of the event.

-
Discounts: If you have an older child who has been through the program and you have the required home materials already, you will qualify for a discount. We'll figure it out together and the tuition will be adjusted on your invoice. If you are registering for both art and music, the discount will appear on your invoice after we process your registration.

-
All programs/events/camps: There are NO REFUNDS. Under extenuating circumstances and only under our discretion, a PARTIAL refund may be returned, however, there is a $35 non-refundable administration fee to cover the costs of processing your registration.
All Private and Semi-private programs:
-
The above payment policies apply.
-
In the event that a lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather or teacher illness, the lesson will simply be rescheduled to the end of the block. (No lesson will be lost)
-
If the student cannot attend their scheduled lesson, please advise immediately. The lesson will be added to the end of the term, if notice is given AT LEAST 6 hours before their lesson. Otherwise, the lesson will be charged.
PROPRIETY:
You are prohibited from using all Kindermusik and Kidoodle Art & Music activities, music, content, physical materials, and curricula seen or experienced in studio for monetary gain. If you would like to offer our programs at your establishment, please contact us. Otherwise, your experience through our programs can only be used for personal use with your own child(ren).
* Absences:

-
If your child is ill or has had a fever in the 24 hours prior to your class, we ask that you keep him/her at home to avoid spreading germs.
-
Please try to send an email or a text to your teacher if you are going to miss a class. We care and worry about absent children (and their caregiver).
-
In the event that a class is cancelled due to inclement weather or teacher illness, your teacher will let you know how she will schedule a make up class.
-
If there is a government mandated closure that is out of our control, Kindermusik classes will move online on Zoom and could be merged or changed to another day, depending on the circumstances. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible.
* Classroom etiquette:

-
Babies and crawlers attend classes therefore all outside footwear must be removed before entering the music studio. Feel free to bring slippers or clean indoor shoes for you and your child(ren).
-
All food and drinks must remain in the locker/bench area outside the music studio. If your child is hungry or thirsty, please feel free to offer them something in the hallway and not in the music room. (Does not apply to bottles for babies in Foundations or in the art room)
-
Please be respectful of your teacher. We know that caregivers often form bonds, but we ask to keep social chatting until after class. It can be distracting to other caregivers and especially to the children. Your teacher could be teaching multiple classes each day, and raising her voice over yours could cause unnecessary strain for her. You are welcome to chat in the hallway or at the park before or after class.
-
Caregiver participation is required during Kindermusik classes. Our energy and actions contribute directly to the success of the children.
-
If the studio door is closed, it often means that there is a class that is wrapping up or your teacher is prepping for your class. Please wait until she opens the door before entering the studio.

* Infectious diseases:
Keeping our classroom clean has always been our priority. Here's how, together, we can all do our part by:

-
washing/sanitizing our hands before and after class.
-
Helping to wipe down surfaces/instruments after use.
-
Staying home when not feeling well.
-
Follow any heath recommendations.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* Tuition includes a $35 non refundable administration fee, books, instruments, digital media, any extra materials that are purchased for the student and other fees deemed necessary. Extra instruments and/or art supplies are listed for purchase and are itemized separately.
** Be aware that class days and/or times may be changed, added or cancelled. You will be notified if this happens.

*** There is a liability waiver and consent form to sign.

****If you are registering 2 weeks before your class start date, it's possible that you will not receive any physical materials (books and instruments). All students do however receive the digital versions.
