2025-2026 POLICIES:

We don't offer preview or drop in classes.

Only registered families are permitted during class times.

*Age Groups:

Foundations: newborn to 1 year old
Level 1: 1-2 years old
Level 2: 2-3 years old
Level 3: 3-4 years old
Level 4: 4-5 years old
Musicians (Year 1): 5-6 years old
Musicians (Year 2): 6-7 years old (child must have done Year 1 to enter Year 2)
Homeschool program: 4+ years old

 

Drum, Ukulele, Piano, Recorder and all Private Lesson Music Programs:

Private lessons: 7+ years old

 

Art Programs:

Petit Picassos: 2-3 years old

Mini Monets: 4-6 years old

daVinci Doodlers: 7-11 years old

Mighty Michelangelos: 12+ years

P.D. Day and Camp Programs:

Ages 4+ years (limited space for children aged 4-6 years)

PAYMENT POLICIES:

ALL PROGRAMS:

​

  • An invoice will be sent within 48 hours of registration (unless the studio is closed for vacation, in which case it will be sent once we reopen).

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of registration for each student and each program. Spots are only held once the deposit is paid.

  • If the deposit is not paid within 2 weeks of registration, the registration will be voided.

  • The remaining balance may be paid in full or on the first day of class.

Payment Plans

  • Payment plans are available for the remaining balance by request and must be approved in advance.

  • The 30% deposit is still required.

  • If a payment plan is approved, payment is expected for the full term. Enrollment represents a commitment to the term, not attendance-based billing.

  • A 2.9% processing fee applies to all payment plans regardless of payment type.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue payment plans if an account is not in good standing, at which point the remaining balance becomes due in full.

  • Late Payments

  • A 10% late fee applies if a balance is more than 14 days overdue.

  • Credit Card Fees

  • A 2.9% credit card processing fee applies and is automatically added to your invoice if you choose to pay by credit card. This allows us to avoid raising overall tuition prices.

 

Mini Programs

  • Tuition must be paid in full at registration.

  • Camps, PD Days & Special Events

  • A deposit is required at registration, with the remaining balance due before the event begins.

  • Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit card (online or in studio)

  • Debit or cash (in studio)

Discounts

  • Discounts are applied manually to invoices.

  • Registered students receive 15% off special events and birthday parties, unless the event is already discounted.

  • Please contact us for your discount code before registering.

 

Refunds & Credits

  • All programs, camps, and events are non-refundable.

  • If a family cannot attend after registering, a credit may be issued for the unused portion and applied to a future Kidoodle program, event, PD Day, or camp.

 

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

  • All general payment policies apply.

  • If a student cannot attend, notice must be given at least 6 hours in advance for the lesson to be rescheduled. Otherwise, the lesson is forfeited.

Intellectual Property

​

All Kidoodle Art & Music content, materials, activities, and curriculum may not be used for commercial or instructional purposes. 

​

If you would like to offer our programs at your establishment, please contact us. Otherwise, your experience through our programs can only be used for personal use with your own child(ren).

Absences

​

  • Please keep children home if they are ill or have had a fever within the past 24 hours.

  • Kindly notify your teacher if your child will be absent — we truly do care and worry when students are missing.

  • In the event of government-mandated closures, classes may move online or be rescheduled as needed. Refunds are not available in these cases.

  • If a lesson is cancelled due to teacher illness or weather, it will be rescheduled at the end of the block or term, or credited if rescheduling is not possible.

Classroom Etiquette

​

  • All outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the studio.

  • Food and drinks must remain outside the studio (except bottles for infants and snacks during art classes as permitted).

  • Please limit social chatting during class time so children can remain focused and engaged. Too much chit-chat between adults can be distracting and disrespectful towards the teacher.

  • Caregiver participation is required for children under age 3.

  • If the studio door is closed, please wait until your teacher opens it.

Health & Safety

​

We all play a role in maintaining a healthy space:

​

  • Wash or sanitize hands before and after class.

  • Help wipe down shared materials.

  • Stay home when feeling unwell.

  • Follow any current public health recommendations.

Additional Notes

​

  • Tuition includes a $35 non-refundable administration fee and standard class supplies.

  • Class schedules may be adjusted due to enrollment or operational needs.

  • A liability waiver and consent form is required.

  • Policies may be updated as needed.
