We delight in making music and making children smile! A Kindermusik Birthday Party provides a completely interactive, totally FUN experience for EVERYONE – children and adults alike. And it takes much of the planning load OFF YOU! All you need to bring is your food, cake and gifts.

​

Exploration and Free Play with instruments for up to 15 minutes sets the stage for the next 45 minutes of guided musical activities – singing games, instrument play-alongs, creative movement, story time, and circle dances are among the many wonderful activities planned just for your special occasion.

 

An additional 50 minutes is set aside for food, cake and gifts.

The Party Package

2 hours

​

  • Up to 15 minutes of instrument free play, until guests arrive.

​​

  • Up to 45 minutes of birthday party activities including singing, dancing and story time.

​​

  • Up to 50 minutes for food and gifts (not included) and 10 minutes for clean up.

​​

  • ​Includes table cloths, plates, napkins, cutlery and a bottle of water for each child

​

  • Includes ONE Large half cheese/half pepperoni pizza.  An additional pizza can be added for a fee of $20.

​​

  • Up to 10 children, including birthday child.

​​

  • $10 each addition guest.

​​

  • Digital party invitations.​

​​

  • Each child receives a loot bag with a *shaker, and a $20 certificate towards Kindermusik classes.

​​

  • Cotton Candy made with the children with our machine can be added for a fee of $2.00 per child.

Attendance and recommended ages
Up to 10 children may be in attendance. (Additional children: $10 per child) A Kindermusik Birthday Party is best suited for ages 2 to 4 years. See Art parties for options and packages for older kids.

Adults in Attendance
We invite EVERYONE to get involved, no matter what your age! For children up to age 3, there must be one participating adult with each child. For children over 3 years, adult participation is encouraged, but optional. We do ask that at least one adult be in attendance for every 5 children.  

​

Party Location
Our studio provides a safe environment for all of our musical activities and afterwards, the party moves to a food friendly area, where you can continue the celebration! We can also go to your venue, by special request, for an additional $100. Please contact us before booking this option.

​

Scheduling
Parties are scheduled Sundays. Bookings need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance. Parties begin and end promptly as scheduled. An additional fee will be added for every 15 minutes over your allotted time.

​

Food

We have a full sized fridge with freezer to accommodate your food/cake needs.

​

Payment
A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed and you'll be able to pay by e-transfer or credit card. You can also choose to pay by cash, debit or credit card at the studio. The balance must be paid by the end of the party. There are no refunds. Prices subject to applicable taxes.
